“I consider my work with Hannah to be the best investment I’ve ever made. Her impact on my life is profound. I came to her after I broke my kneecap in a workplace accident. All the muscles in my right leg atrophied, I was chronically in pain, and my range of motion suffered. I struggled to access physical therapy and wasn’t making progress in healing. But the progress I made with Hannah in just the first three months alone was astonishing. I went from barely being able to do bodyweight squats, in terrible pain, to squatting 95lbs. Soon I was able to deadlift my body weight–something I hadn’t achieved even before my injury. My muscles have rebounded almost totally–I’ve gained back an inch of muscle tissue on my injured thigh.
